Problems with Citrix / Server2016 / vGPU 10.1
Hi, we are running in issues with vGPU on VMware 6.7 on 2016 XenApp Servers. Single Sessions get disconnected and the Users are unable to reconnect. We are also unable to end the Sessions on the RDSH or in Citrix Studio/Director. This is what we see in the eventlog: <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="NVWMI" /> <EventID Qualifiers="16640">3</EventID> <Level>4</Level> <Task>1</Task> <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2020-03-04T13:53:53.010608900Z" /> <EventRecordID>4229</EventRecordID> <Channel>Application</Channel> <Computer>uls8083.xxxxx.com</Computer> <Security /> </System> - <EventData> <Data>SERVICE_CONTROL_SESSIONCHANGE</Data> </EventData> </Event> and a few seconds before Citrix Session reliability is taking the session: "Session reliability has suspended the connection for user domain.com\username, session 5 Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="rpm" /> <EventID Qualifiers="32768">10</EventID> <Level>3</Level> <Task>0</Task> <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2020-03-04T13:53:47.546058000Z" /> <EventRecordID>3702</EventRecordID> <Channel>System</Channel> <Computer>uls8083.xxxx.com</Computer> <Security /> </System> - <EventData> <Data>domain.com\username</Data> <Data>5</Data> </EventData> </Event> Systems without vGPU never experienced that Problem: We are running T4 Cards wich vGPU Software 10.1 Any suggestions? Hi,
we are running in issues with vGPU on VMware 6.7 on 2016 XenApp Servers.
Single Sessions get disconnected and the Users are unable to reconnect. We are also unable to end the Sessions on the RDSH or in Citrix Studio/Director.

This is what we see in the eventlog:

<Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">
- <System>
<Provider Name="NVWMI" />
<EventID Qualifiers="16640">3</EventID>
<Level>4</Level>
<Task>1</Task>
<Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords>
<TimeCreated SystemTime="2020-03-04T13:53:53.010608900Z" />
<EventRecordID>4229</EventRecordID>
<Channel>Application</Channel>
<Computer>uls8083.xxxxx.com</Computer>
<Security />
</System>
- <EventData>
<Data>SERVICE_CONTROL_SESSIONCHANGE</Data>
</EventData>
</Event>

and a few seconds before Citrix Session reliability is taking the session:

"Session reliability has suspended the connection for user domain.com\username, session 5

Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">
- <System>
<Provider Name="rpm" />
<EventID Qualifiers="32768">10</EventID>
<Level>3</Level>
<Task>0</Task>
<Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords>
<TimeCreated SystemTime="2020-03-04T13:53:47.546058000Z" />
<EventRecordID>3702</EventRecordID>
<Channel>System</Channel>
<Computer>uls8083.xxxx.com</Computer>
<Security />
</System>
- <EventData>
<Data>domain.com\username</Data>
<Data>5</Data>
</EventData>
</Event>

Systems without vGPU never experienced that Problem:
We are running T4 Cards wich vGPU Software 10.1

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Alex
