For those getting an "Are you connected to the internet?" message
I was getting a messagebox that stated "Are you connected to the internet?" Windows event viewer showed this Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\Grid Workspace\ssleay32.dll". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.CRT,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis. Downloading and installing the C++ 2008 Runtime, then restarting the connection wizard, solved it http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26368
