We are having issue with video playback especially when the camera motion is moving vertical and horizontal - it becomes choppy. We tried youtube and playing video locally using RV and VLC but all had same issue.

I was trying to get stats of the encoding (nvidia-smi encodersessions) but it is not showing any statistics.

# GPU Session Process Codec H V Average Average
# Idx Id Id Type Res Res FPS Latency(us)
0 - - - - - - -
0 - - - - - - -
0 - - - - - - -
0 - - - - - - -

However, it can be verified that the encoder is being utilize

# GPU vGPU sm mem enc dec
# Idx Id % % % %

# GPU vGPU process sm mem enc dec process

Is there any way that we can make the playback better?
